Predict Unseen (football matches) with trained ML models -- 2

I have already preprocessed and trained several ML models using Python. Now, I am seeking an ML expert to assist me with the following tasks:

1.) Modify the training dataset to a single, larger dataset (data will be provided by me).
2.) Develop a function to predict outcomes for new or unseen data (specifically upcoming football matches).

In summary:
1.) Update the dataset to historical_data.csv only
2.) Pick the best model (not over fitting)
3.) create a function to predict new unseen data (after preprocessing)
