Pre-recording and post-recording function in python code.

There is the python code with video recording function with trigger door sensor open.
The pre-recording function is implemented there too. However, it is not work correctly all time.
It means that sometimes video is recording with pre-recording and sometimes without it.
Need to check it, modify or fix it and add also post-recording function too.
