Project Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled AI Developer / Automation Engineer to build a smart system (Bot or Application) that can:
• Automatically find and target potential customers online (without preloaded data).
• Integrate with Zoho Books to access live product & stock details.
• Send personalized product offers via WhatsApp and Email.
• Chat automatically with leads using AI-generated responses.
• Escalate chats to human management when needed.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop an AI-based bot/app that can discover potential customers using web scraping, AI lead generation, or B2B data APIs.
• Integrate with Zoho Books API to fetch product and stock data.
• Automate message campaigns via WhatsApp Business API and Email (Zoho Mail, SMTP, Gmail API, or similar).
• Enable smart chatbot conversations with buyers using AI or NLP models.
• Implement auto-transfer to management when the bot cannot respond or detects high buying intent.
• Provide an admin dashboard to monitor leads, messages, and communication flow.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in AI chatbot or marketing automation system development.
• Strong background with Zoho API integrations (especially Zoho Books).
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or 360Dialog, Email automation, and Google Sheets API (optional).
• Familiarity with NLP (Dialogflow, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).
• Understanding of data security, CRM workflows, and scalable automation design.
