AI-Powered Intercom Article Summarizer

I'm looking for an AI expert who can build a search tool for our Intercom internal articles in Slack. This tool should be able to provide succinct, short key point summaries of the articles that is easy for an employee to quickly understand.
The primary goal of this tool is to quickly distill information into short, manageable summaries, enabling efficient knowledge retrieval.
You will deploy the AI as a bot in Slack.
It should use the Intercom API and can use the OpenAI API as analyser.
It should work automatically so when new articles have been added it automatically analyses them and is able to answer questions form them.
