AI-Powered Document & Workflow Management System (On-Premise, Modular)
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
We are looking to develop a modular, AI-powered document and case management platform, installable on-premise, designed for the creation, tracking, and archiving of complex technical documentation (e.g. energy audits, industry 4.0 reports, government funding applications, compliance documents).
The system should include features as (document automation, workflow, template management, scheduling, task tracking), but also:
AI-based analysis of uploaded documents (e.g. scanned energy bills)
Integration of calculation algorithms (e.g. performance indexes, ROI, savings estimates)
Workflow engine with conditional logic and role-based task assignment
Dynamic document generation (Word, PDF, Excel) from templates
Built-in DMS with support for attachments, document types, deadlines, and validation rules
Access to external databases or APIs (e.g. public records, internal registries)
AI modules for text generation or enrichment from public sources (market trends, regulatory texts, etc.)
The system must be modular, extensible, and deployed on a dedicated Windows development environment. We are open to reusing open-source components where appropriate (e.g. workflow engines, LLMs, OCR libraries), but the integration must be unified and seamless.
