Project Description:
We are launching a series of AI-powered chatbot solutions tailored for small local businesses such as salons, clinics, restaurants, retailers, coaching centers, and service providers. The goal is to automate customer interactions, handle FAQs, manage bookings/inquiries, and improve overall engagement.
We are looking to hire freelancers with experience in chatbot development, natural language processing (NLP), and integration with business websites or systems. These projects will be ongoing, and freelancers will be assigned tasks based on their skillset and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop chatbot flows for various business use-cases
• Integrate chatbot with platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or website)
• Handle intent recognition and response generation using tools like Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom NLP (Python-based)
• Connect chatbot with backend databases (MySQL, Firebase, etc.) if required
• Deploy chatbot on web/cloud platforms (e.g., Heroku, AWS, GCP)
• Collaborate with other freelancers (UI/UX, backend, frontend if needed)
Required Skills (You may apply if you have experience in any of the following):
• Python (for backend chatbot logic or custom bots)
• Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar platforms
• Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Frontend basics (HTML, JS, CSS) for web-based bots
• Experience with APIs (REST, webhook handling)
• MySQL / Firebase / MongoDB for storing chatbot data
• Deployment experience (Heroku, Streamlit, AWS, etc.)
