AI/ML-Powered Candidate Calibration System

AI Candidate Calibration Developer
We’re looking for someone to design and build an AI-driven candidate calibration system within our applicant tracking system (ATS). This tool will help hiring teams compare and score candidates more consistently based on key job criteria, past hiring data, and AI insights.

Responsibilities:
Develop a candidate scoring and comparison system powered by AI/ML

Integrate the calibration tool into our existing ATS or recruitment platform

Work with HR and hiring managers to define calibration criteria (skills, experience, cultural fit, etc.)

Use historical hiring data to train and refine the model

Ensure the tool is fair, unbiased, and easy to use

Skills Required:
Experience with AI/ML models (e.g., regression, ranking, NLP)

Background in HR tech or ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)

Strong in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and APIs

UX collaboration experience a plus

Understanding of data privacy, fairness, and compliance (e.g., EEOC, GDPR)
