I'm seeking an experienced developer to build a web app integrating AI features, primarily focusing on artistic image generation using the OpenAI API.

Core Requirements:
- Image Generation: Use OpenAI API (DALL·E) to create artistic images based on user-uploaded reference images.
- Frontend:
- Framework: React or Vue.
- Design: Responsive and user-friendly.
- Input Form: For users to upload reference images.
- Backend:
- Framework: Node.js or Python (Flask/FastAPI).
- Secure API handling.
- Real-time result display with loading states.
- Basic admin panel: Monitor usage and manage API keys.
- (Optional) Database: Store user queries and AI responses using MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
