Power BI Report Web Embedding with Flask

I need an expert in Flask and Power BI who can help me embed a Power BI report into a web application. The report contains various roles for row-level security filters, and each user of the dashboard should be assigned to a specific role in the report. When a user enters his username and password in login page, the corresponding report having filtered data associated with his role should be seen. Currently, We have power bi premium per user subscription.
