Summary
freelancer requested to deliver following flow in windows power automate as following :

Flow 1
open file determined by the user .
the app shall open it several times as read only as per number determined by the user .
the app shall start automatically when windows login .
if one of the instance file has been closed or crashed for any reason , then the app shall detect this and reopen it again to maintain same number of opened files .


Flow 2
Sync FTP folder to local folder
the sync shall be one way from cloud to local , and if file deleted on the cloud , then it shall be deleted on the local as well .
Flow 3
Sync local folder to FTP folder .
the sync shall be one way from local to cloud .
after successful upload for the file , the file shall shall be deleted after certain time determined by the user .

All folders , paths , durations and items determined by the user shall be provided as parameters in the flow
