However, before starting development, you must submit an outline of the project workflow, tech stack, and the best software development practices you will follow. Once you submit a brief project overview, I will make the first advance payment. After that, you will proceed to build the website.

When I bought my first house, the property dealer lied to me about the floor price. During our meeting to finalize the deal, the builder unexpectedly increased the price from what the dealer had originally quoted. Since we had no other viable option at the time, we purchased the floor at the higher price.
After moving in, I discovered the builder had used similar tactics with other buyers—raising prices slightly just before finalizing their deals. A year later, I learned he had also misled the landowner by quoting a different price for the same floor.
That same year, the builder installed a lift, which triggered a dispute with other floor owners and resulted in damage to the building's boring pipeline. I contacted the builder to arrange a meeting about lift payment, only to realize it was a trap. There was nothing I could do.
For ten months, I waited for the builder to admit the truth. During that period, he continued manipulating the situation—lying, selling additional floors, disconnecting my electricity, changing the water connection name, and stalling to break my resolve and force me to surrender.
