Porting PyQt6 flash card app to Hybrid app(Vue.js)

I have PyQT flash card app and I would like to port it to Hybrid app to run on iOS/Android/PC.

Here are the details;
1) The app is a flash card app for efficiently remembering.
2) It has 4 screens.
3) I have full source codes and the code volume is around 1300 lines.
4) It has 8 tables of MySQL.
5) Environment: PySide6.2.3、Python3.8.6、Windows10

I would like to port to:
1) Frontend: Vue.js(Typescript) to run on iOS/Android/Windows
2) Backend: Django(Python)
