Port a python library to an shared library for VB.net

Hello,

I'm searching someone how could port a python library from GitHub to use as a shared library for vb.net (I use visual basic net framework and winforms). It must be an dll or ocx or something that I could do calls from that library with the visual basic language.

I'm a private person so if the costs could be said before start, that would be nice.
