Port Client Library to Different Languages

We have a fully functional client library for our application that is written in Java. It is complete and fully tested. It is written in Java. We would like someone to port this library into several different languages. such as C# (.net), Python, Perl, PHP etc.. Must have a strong programming background and experience with authentication token management. The different code bases must be coded to the highest standards and include unit testing.
