IT-Porject Manager

Job Description:
We are a growing startup looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our upcoming project, which involves web development, backend/frontend, data analysis, web scraping and automation, Python, C#.net, Node.js React, HTML/CSS, MSQL, and the creation of internal and external web and mobile applications.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of at least 3 full-time developers and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and for managing project resources to ensure the project stays on track.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of the project, ensuring that it is completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, including web development, backend/frontend, data analysis, web scraping and automation, Python, C#.net, Node.js React, HTML/CSS, MSQL, and the creation of internal and external web and mobile applications.
Manage and allocate project resources, including at least 3 full-time developers
Ensure that all project milestones are met and that the project stays on track
Track project progress and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks
Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to be successful
Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
Strong experience managing projects involving web development, backend/frontend, data analysis, web scraping and automation, Python, C#.net, Node.js React, HTML/CSS, MSQL, and the creation of internal and external web and mobile applications.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems
