Poker OCR Python Script

I need a Python script that can extract player data from poker table screenshots.

The script should be able to:
- Detect each player's name, stack size, and position from the table image
- Output the data in structured JSON format
- Work with screenshots similar to the one I uploaded (sample image provided)
- Use Tesseract OCR or OpenCV (no Google OCR or cloud-based OCR services)

Requirements:
- Must work with static images (not video)
- Accuracy is important, especially for stack values and player names
- Can be modularized for easy future extension (e.g. to detect hero cards, actions)

Optional but appreciated:
- Experience with computer vision or poker-related projects
- Bonus if the script can detect whether a player has folded or is active

Deliverables:
- Python script with clear instructions for running
- Requirements.txt or setup guidance if dependencies are used
- Example output JSON for given image
