Using Python on Jupyter Notebook:
1. Sort the data into functions for every cycle
2. For Internal Resistance, find max and min for each cycle
3. For Internal Resistance, find the mean and standard deviation and remove points probably 2 standard deviations above the mean value
4. Every point deduct by 30cycles before
5. Write a loop and pass through as a function
6. Using the values of internal resistance ratio, find out the ratio by dividing the max value of IR for each cycle
