Plotly dashboard for python for vibrationa analysis using raspberry pi and sensor database

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in Python and Raspberry Pi to create a Plotly dashboard for vibration analysis. The dashboard should be able to analyze both real-time and historical data. The project will involve using piezoelectric vibration sensor data. The ideal candidate should have experience with:
- Python
- Raspberry Pi
- Plotly - waveform, spectral, analyzer, fft and dft
- Vibration analysis
- Piezoelectric sensors
