Plot feature (bump) in my GUI in Python -- 2

I have python simulation of microscope and need to add plotting of the feature of the microscope before it enter the system (for example- if its radius is 10um and in circle shape with some rougness- i had all those parameters but need that expert in python will add the plot in my python code.

please only people with python and optics knowledge
