Plot Graphs using MatPlotLiv in Python

Currently, I have several scripts which take input CSV files and reformat the data into clean data that is easy to graph. Using the output files I require correlation/principle component analysis to be done to understand how the different variables are related to each other and also require plotting of different variables against each other. The project needs to be completed in 2 days time and the python script must be included upomn completion. The graphes required for correlation/graphing are outlined in the attached documents.
