Plot 3D Graph of Gyro, Accelerometer & Magnetometer

I have Gyro, Accelerometer & Magnetometer data at 50Hz in a CSV file, I want to plot a 3D graph of that data canceling the noise. For example, if the above sensors are put in a ball and that ball is thrown in the air, then the graph should show the ball's trajectory. This data may contain noise so you should be aware of noise-cancellation algorithms
