Pipeline to analyse variant calls against clinvar and gnomad
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to help me build a pipeline for variant calls analysis against clinvar and gnomad. The project requires both single-sample and multi-sample analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in variant calls analysis
- Experience with clinvar and gnomad databases
- Strong knowledge of bioinformatics and genomics
- Expertise in building pipelines from scratch
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software for variant analysis
The freelancer should be able to develop a comprehensive pipeline that can handle both single-sample and multi-sample analysis. The pipeline should be able to process the data efficiently and accurately, and provide relevant outputs for further interpretation.
Please note that I am capable of interpreting the data myself, so the focus of this project is on the development of the pipeline.
