I need an experienced Python developer, highly skilled in working with the pikepdf library. My project involves merging an existing OCR layer as a separate layer into a web-optimized PDF.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be given a JSON file containing text data and coordinates.
* Your task would be to ingeniously incorporate these details into a PDF as an additional layer.
* In some cases, the original pdf will already have a text layer, we need to make sure the output contains only one text layer
