Phone Number Type Checker

I need a code script that checks if a phone number is a landline/VoIP or mobile. The phone numbers will all be from the United States (+1) code.

Requirements:
- Input: Phone numbers in
- Output: Classification as landline/VoIP or mobile
- No specific libraries or APIs are required; I'm open to suggestions
- Looking for a one time solution. I am open to having code that inputs the numbers into websites like telvalidator.com to check what the phone number is, either mobile or wired. Or if there is some sort of database or way to use different API's for free to check for this info, that would work as well.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
