Phone Number Filtering in TXT File

I need a coder to help me filter through a TXT file and remove any phone numbers that are in an invalid format.
- The purpose of this project is to remove invalid phone numbers. This means any numbers that are not in a correct format will need to be excluded.
- The invalid phone numbers are those that are not in the standard (Country Code) Area Code-Number format.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in data manipulation and processing
- Knowledge of regular expressions or similar tools for pattern matching
- Proficiency in coding languages like Python, Ruby or Perl
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate filtering of phone numbers.
