Personalized Hugging Face Model Interface

I aim to develop an interface that empowers a Hugging Face model to train and fine-tune on the data stored within my personal Linux machine. This interface will intelligently comprehend my file structure, generating bespoke scripts tailored to my system's needs. Its functionalities should encompass: Streamlining file organization tasks Offering personalized recommendations Managing file operations such as editing, creation, and deletion All this functionality should be accessible through a conversational chat interface. The application may take the form of either a web-based solution or a desktop version, depending on the project's specific requirements. While I lean towards implementing it in Python, I remain open to alternative languages if they promise a more optimal interface. I'm seeking experienced freelancers proficient in Python programming and versed in machine learning, especially with a background in leveraging Hugging Face models. Familiarity with Linux systems and file structures would be advantageous.
