Personal AI assistant

I have ADHD, and have found keeping up with a planner, to do lists, and spreadsheets of project management problematic. I can set them up, but I don't end up maintaining them and keeping their information current. I would like to have an AI assistant that can help me schedule flexibly, understand all the projects I want to accomplish (and their subtasks) and help me prioritize. I know it won't really understand my projects any more than the information i give it, but I want to be able to say "I want to work on the 3d printed stonework today" and it populate the next steps from my job pool. The main purpose is stop losing track of projects, solutions, and inventory purchased to accomplish some task then forgotten.

Scheduling:
Normal monthly calendar
Standard birthday tracking section (able to see recent, upcoming and full year)
Create work day templates comprised of category time-chunks (Cleaning task 11-12:30, Lunch 12:30-1, Money making project 1-3), and populate these chunks with tasks from the job pool.
Able to update based on morning starting energy or schedule changes (If I think I only have the energy for 5 tasks in a day, it selects the 5 highest priority tasks and gives them the full time slots. If I get done with something early, I can ask for another task to fill the rest of the slot, or if I'm not up to a task I can have it replaced)

Task Management:
To do list (different categories, can be part of job pool populating)
Subtask (Multiple levels) to help break down projects and keep track
Sidequests (things that aren't related to the immediate project but come up and need to be done)
Time tracking (how long did a task take last time? Does this task require a process you're not calculating in?)

Job pool:
Able to track deadlines vs time estimates to completion
Can tag tasks and subtasks based on their type (Maintenance, Money Making, Personal, ect)
Able to help prioritize tasks based on urgency, difficulty, time slot availability, time the task will take (estimated), and nearness to completing a project task

Web and Mobile integration:
Voice assistant options
Accessible from multiple devices (web app?)

Checkins:
Will check in to see if there are updates or changes to the schedule or task lists
Can ask other questions to develop trend data

Misc:
Able for me to directly edit job pools (for maintenance and seeing the big picture)
Preferably entirely offline with the option to update information to a service (optimally it could be run on a raspberry pi, and can be connected to a device (mobile or desktop) to send changes to offsite). Does not have to be fast, if it does the work but it takes a minute to process the changes that's fine. I want to avoid update bugs and owing corporations a subscription to use my assistant
