AI Personal Assistant Prototype Development

I want to build a Jarvis-like prototype that can assist me with real-world tasks, similar to Alexa but personalized. This setup should allow me to add my own features as I see fit.

Requirements:
- Voice commands for interaction
- Notifications and alerts
- Reminders
- Real-time information retrieval, like:
- Stock values (e.g., "What is the stock value of Tata now?")
- Weather updates (e.g., "What is the temperature now?")
- Sports scores (e.g., "What is the cricket score now?" or "Send notifications for any wickets or milestones in LPL")

Ideal skills and experience:
