Per client Lambda setup via a web page, custom environmental variables per setup and trial

I would like a solution to deliver an AWS ZIP file, on an S3, to a per client lambda setup which can contain Environmental Variables from a web page. The web page has their traffic information, custom environmental variable and license per customer, there also has to be a trial mode. Customers can select their lambda location.
The zip file of python code is done, but the web page service, subscription, deployment and license is not. The code is already in use, through a manual process. Just need help to make it a sound trial/production solution.
The python code includes email templates which will require the html email templates that are included in the ZIP (Python Code) to be editable via the web service.
One, two or many templates per customer, with custom branding per template.
The service is a webhook for an iOS service which allows custom notifications for companies that may have more than one brand.
