Payment Gateway

I want an experienced developer to develop for me a SIMPLE payment gateway and add Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard as payment methods.

And the rest I want the you as a developer to explain it for me in the proposal, and from your explanation I will decide if I will hire you and I will know also if you are experienced in such projects.
