1Password Vault Management API

I'm looking for a Python developer to create an API for managing a 1Password Vault. The API should allow the following functionalities:

- List all Users Accounts
- Add users to the 1Password Vault
- Remove users from the 1Password Vault
- Share the 1Password Vault with users

The API should authenticate using an API Key.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with building APIs in Python
- Familiarity with 1Password's API and vault management
