Part-Time Data Analyst for Veefyed

We’re looking for a part-time Data Analyst to support our product data extraction and categorization at Veefyed. You will play a critical role in helping us compile verified product information from global websites. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in web scraping and automation, we'd love to have you on board.


Responsibilities
- Build and automate web scraping tasks using tools such as
Python (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Requests, etc.).
- Extract data from websites, including product listings, reviews,
ingredients, barcodes, and metadata.
- Ensure data is structured, clean, and delivered in Excel or cloud-
based formats.
- Monitor scraping performance and resolve issues like
CAPTCHA, dynamic content, and login pages.
- Maintain a central data dashboard and support product data
verification and categorization.

Requirements & Skills
- Proficient in web scraping using Python libraries (e.g.,
BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy).
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, formatting, and
transformation.
- Ability to extract product-related data including brand, barcode,
and usage instructions.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with cloud storage, database basics, and versioning
tools (Git is a plus).
- Good communication and self-organization skills for remote
work.
