Part-Time Customer Support Assistant for Python Based Tools
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
**Time Zone:** Indian Standard Time (IST) +5:30
**Compensation:** $100 per month, as long as you do good work and we are in buisness.
**Skills Needed:**
- Proficiency in Python (our tool is used by developers)
- Good English communication skills
**Daily Task:**
- By 5:30 PM IST each day, send an email with a list of responses for the customer support emails you received.
- Expect to receive an average of 5 support emails daily.
- This task should take about 10 to 15 minutes.
**Weekly Task (Every Monday):**
- Visit the following links and email details of any new discussions or issues created by customers:

- [Google Maps Scraper Issues](https://github.com/omkarcloud/google-maps-scraper/issues)
**Note:**
- 90% of support questions will be related to our [Google Maps Tool](https://github.com/omkarcloud/google-maps-scraper).
- After one month of service, you will need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) agreeing not to share customer data or emails, as you will be handling sensitive customer data.
