Parameter prediction with CNN in Python Using Tensorflow/Keras

I am seeking a skilled Python developer with experience in Tensorflow and Keras to assist me with a parameter prediction project using CNN. The project involves the following requirements:
Dataset size:
- The dataset size for training the CNN model is small, with less than 500 data points.
Prediction type:
- The aim of the prediction is regression from image data with labeled parameter value
- The dataset is ready, code is also ready (the code needs to be optimized and needs to be checked for overfitting)
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience working with Tensorflow and Keras.
- Strong understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN).
- Familiarity with regression prediction.
- Knowledge of neural network optimization and how to prevent overfitting
