Paper Trading Mode for Trading Bot

I need to enhance my existing trading bot using the Zerodha Kite API in Python by implementing a paper trading mode.

Requirements:
- No real orders sent to Zerodha.
- Simulated trades (virtual buy/sell).
- Track positions, P&L, SL/TP virtually.
- Fetch live market data from Zerodha (quotes, LTPs).
- Record orders in a local database, JSON file, or CSV file.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Zerodha Kite API
- Familiarity with trading concepts (positions, P&L, SL/TP)
- Database management or file handling skills
