Palmprint detection program

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a palmprint detection program with an expected accuracy rate of above 90%. The ideal candidate should have experience in programming languages such as C# using Visual Studio 2013 or Python using PyCharm 2022.2. The program should be developed as a desktop application.
