Paint receiving coordinates

This project consists of creating a program that can paint on a screen by receiving coordinates, simple example: If you send the coordinate 523, 230 should make a point at that coordinate. I have a code for painting with the mouse that you could use as a base. The coordinates would be received from another program, so you would need a client-server. I have one created with socket that you could use.
