PYTHON projects that read data from "fiba livestats tv feed" via port

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me automate the process of reading data from "fiba livestats tv feed" via port. The purpose of the project is to automate the process of extracting game events data and save it to XML database file . I am interested in extracting game events data, such as scores, fouls, shotclock, clock timer and timeouts. The preferred output format for the data is XML.
