PYTHON SCRIPT Trading Indicator HEIKIN ASHI "SMOOTHED"

We are looking to hire a Senior Python dev that have High level experience in Trading BOT and Trading Indicators.
Your job will be to code "Heikin Ashi Smoothed" indicator.

This indicator will be able to connect with Binance API and must allow multi coins/Tokens input (futures and spot) read the Binance's chart and executed transactions updated at tick level.
There may have a trigger to add that BUY /SELL signal will not be sent if volatility does not goes over a fixed %
You may have to work with our "in house" Bot developer in charge to connect your Python indicator to our system.
This indicators job is not for trading view or any other platform, it is to be implemented with our "in house" bot.
