PYTHON: Make Vector Field Plot

I have a complex vector field in JSON format. I need someone to create an accurate 3D vector field from that (both using streamtube from plotly and quiver or any other tool).
1. 3D Vector plot, where the transparency of each vector is inversely proportional to the vector magnitude
2. The plot should be rotatable in space to be able to look at the vector field from all sides.
3. Color of each vector should be proportional to the magnitude.
