M3U PLUS to MySQL Converter Script

I need a script to convert M3U PLUS files into MySQL format. The input will come from both local files and URLs. The SQL output should include the following information:

- Movie name
- Movie URL
- Movie category
- movie logo/screeshot

I will provide the sql format and everything.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience with MySQL
- Familiarity with M3U PLUS format
- Ability to handle both local files and URLs
