PDF Validation Tool Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a PDF validation tool. The tool will require a React frontend and a Java + Python backend.

Key Requirements:
- Template PDF upload
- Visual definition of fixed Regions of Interest (ROIs)
- Validate multiple PDFs against defined ROIs
- Check for:
- Logo presence
- Text content
- Structural consistency (using image matching with OpenCV and text extraction with PyMuPDF)
- Batch processing capability
- Output results in a summary Excel report
- UI to support ROI selection via drag-and-drop
- Python for PDF parsing and validation logic
- Java for API orchestration
- Modular and extensible for future OCR or LLM features
- Deliverables: full source code and documentation

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Java, and Python
- Experience with OpenCV and PyMuPDF
- Strong understanding of PDF processing and validation
- UI/UX design for intuitive drag-and-drop interfaces
- Experience with Excel report generation
