PDF Merger

I am looking for a python and bash script I can run daily to walk through all subfolders of a target directory. Parent directory is "test", containing project folders. Any folder named "Licenses" within the project folders that contain pdfs will merge the pdf's into ONE pdf file and name the MERGED file after the Project folder.
