Outlook Email Workflow Automation -- 2

I need a developer who can turn my repetitive Outlook-based customer communications into a hands-free process. Every day I receive dozens of emails from new and existing customers, and right now I’m manually sorting, extracting their details, updating our customer list, and sending follow-up replies. I want that entire workflow scripted so the right data lands in the right place and the right response goes out instantly.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• The moment an email hits my Outlook inbox, the automation recognises customer intent (new enquiry, order update, support request, etc.), captures all relevant customer information, and writes it into our customer database or a simple CSV/Excel sheet.
• Based on predefined rules and templates, the system sends an acknowledgement, schedules any follow-up reminders, and flags conversations that still need a human touch.
• Everything runs reliably in the background, is easy for me to tweak, and can be turned off with a single switch if needed.

I’m comfortable working at a steady $25/hour and prefer clean, well-commented code—whether you choose Power Automate, Python with Microsoft Graph, or another proven approach—along with clear hand-over notes so I can maintain it after launch.
