I have an incomplete python code.

Sample key provided by the user:

You can assume there are 30 servers(All servers are running on debian or ubuntu.) or more. (So there is a for loop required to match the outline key (provided by the user) to the proper access key.
1. I need the code to ask the user the outline key. based on the key connects to the proper server and grabs the followings:
Access key name should be stored in "key_name" veriable.
Usage
limit.
2. Access key format and how to grab it which is stored in "access_tokens.py" file.
3. The main thing to finish is "handle_key_response" and documentation for this function only (to help me understand how it works)
Before submitting your proposal, please read my code and I need the answer to my 2nd question.
