Optimizing and Completing a Code Created in Python (GUI/Backend)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with optimizing and completing a code I have created in Python. The specific areas of the code I need to optimize and complete are both the GUI and the Backend. My desired functionality for the completed code is to automate tasks. I need this project completed within a month. I need someone with experience in Python coding who can help me take this project to the next level.
For the flow chart, everything completed in yellow is still required to be finished. The function of the code is that preset PDF forms are uploaded, the fields are scraped, and math is done with preset formulas. My WIP code is attached. The updates required primarily is changing the GUI labels and form field names where the values are scraped from, and optimizing the code as there is alot of reptition and it works extremely slowly as I have never worked with python prior to this.
