Optimize and Refactor

As the name suggests, I need a person to optimize my work (python codes) and make it efficient. Moreover provide new ideas as well(Fast algorithms). Anyone with great code optimization skills (Python programming) and a creative mindset. You can also use Cython to boost the speed of program.
