Optimize Python-based Stock Signal System

Project Description:

I have a Python-based trading signal system that analyzes U.S. stock market data using APIs (TwelveData and Finnhub). The code scans all tickers below $10, filters based on liquidity inflow, volume, price movement, and financial fundamentals (cash vs debt, positive margin), and sends alerts via Telegram bot to two separate channels:
• Channel 1: For general liquidity alerts.
• Channel 2: For filtered high-quality opportunities (liquidity + technical support + RSI + strong fundamentals).

I already have a working draft of the system divided into multiple script files (around 11). I need a professional Python developer to:
1. Review and combine all scripts into one optimized and clean version.
2. Set up and test the full system on a Linux VPS (CyberPanel).
3. Fix Telegram integration errors if any.
4. Ensure the bot sends alerts correctly for:
• Entry
• Liquidity boost (+25%)
• Exit alerts (-15% and -25%)
5. Ensure the system runs in background and is reliable even if the market is closed.
6. Help with deployment and testing live (even using mock data if needed).
7. Explain or document how to maintain or update the system later.
