Optimising a python script to use less cpu, and also use GPU

Hi, we have a python script which using pythorch and opencv technologies. It is really cpu intense. You should check the script and try to optimise it as much as it is possible and even use the GPU to help the CPU to run the script. We have a gtx 1080-TI video card so it is supported by this method.
