Optimisation task using python

The task is a routing optimization for aeronautical networks using python. Attached is a folder with the task brief, dataset and a jupyter notebook of sample work to guide. It includes write up with coding, following the same layout as the jupyter notebook. You should be comfortable with algorithms such as particle swarm optimization, greedy search, genetic algorithms, Ant colony optimization(ACO), artificial bee colony(ABC) etc. Let me know if you ready to deliver this task.
